| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - its not even an issue, if said league or players dont like it not 1 person has to do the 5050, it would not be necessary if there was a club that worked the course or a park system in place. as it is i do everything but mow the grass and i spnd 100$s out of my pocket on the course each year, beyond the 6 holes i bought and havent even been fully paid for yet by fundraiser
