| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (h) Reimbursement for Expenses.-Nongovernmental members of the advisory committee shall serve without pay, but, to the extent funds are available pursuant to section 1302(d)(1)(B), shall be entitled to reimbursement for travel, subsistence, and other necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
