All in all, it did a good job, much better than some cameras I have used.--Here is an interesting thing I have found with both the GH3 and the GX7: if you are shooting distant subjects with video, zoom all the way to the longest focal length and then focus using AF Lock (be sure to set AF Lock Hold ON in the menu first).
