  • The diet plan section appears some where towards the end of the book with dubious choices like hakka noodles and biscuits.Nuts/cheese which can be a good source of good fat and protein are a strict no-no in the wt loss phase which is surprising.There are diet plans for 4 calorie ranges , but there is nothing new.
