| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - When I quit working as a teacher for the Oakland Unified School District (in 2004) and had to pay 100% of my health insurance under COBRA, I was surprised at the high rates for the health package which Oakland teachers enjoyed (which was much more generous than my prior health insurance when I was self-employed) ??? but even those rates were a bargain compared to what Hayward teachers are paying.
