| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Posts 108 Having some cold weather issues with mine but I suspect it is the motherboard since the boards two LEDs are not lighting as they normally do on startup - will boot once it warms up a little though and only happens when it gets about five degrees or more below 0 C. Sometimes the CPU fan and system fan will run when it does not boot and other times they will not run.
