| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Agreement, no representations, statements, consents, waivers or other acts or omissions by any Buy Some Damn Art Affiliate shall be deemed legally binding on any Buy Some Damn Art Affiliate, unless documented in a physical writing hand signed by a duly appointed officer of Buy Some Damn Art.
