| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - This sounds like a great idea to me, because it is pretty obvious from the damage being done to trees and other plants that there is something fetid happening in the atmosphere that is not being monitored, and as the damage is rapidly worsening, it is quite likely from PAN, specifically, from ethanol and other biofuels - so maybe they should make that a SHORT TERM and not just a longer term goal.
