| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (3) The official correspondence of a consulate (whatever the means of communication employed) as well as the sealed pouches, bags and other containers referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article shall, provided that they bear visible external marks of their official character, be inviolable and the authorities of the receiving State shall not examine or detain them.
