| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - There better be a more detailed tou posted if you are going to implement a three strikes and you are out system.Renegade_Fury a ban is quite unfair,i say after the third strike : 3 months out of the board were you committed the offenses..but not taking away your privilege of participating in other boards,if after the 3 months user behavior does not change then banning the user is the best option.
