| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would suggest that the analogy is pretty flawed in other ways, such as people being brought up with the concept of steering since they were very small in terms of toys and tv, not to mention the level of investment on all levels of government and communities (to a greater or lesser extent) the very well defined laws and regulations, a real police force, etc., etc.
