  • s only on the bottom. using non-nonstick cookware takes just a little getting used to but in the long run much better. teflon is always sprayed on which is why non-stick pans wear out so quickly. with the stainless pans you need to use a little more oil and heat the pan thouroughly before putting any food in it. it is sort of like learning to cook all over again, but your pans will last longer...ev
