White posted June 24, 2010 at 4:07 pm Similarly, in my view, the whole ???diversity training??? industry is a money-making scam through and through, something designed to make middle-class managers feel better about themselves and their social consciences, as opposed to something that actually improves an office culture and helps folks to do better work.
