| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - They were obviously trying to go for maximum maneuverability...it appears extremely likely to me that this is just a platform to test new technologies they will incorporate into a future design intent to produce for service.I could not remember where I saw the article but here is a piece on how the coating for the F-35 is being used on the F-22 to reduce maintenance costs and time out of service.
