| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (e) Where any assessment is treated under subsection (d) of this section as an assessment not made in a timely manner because it is made by means other than electronic funds transfer, there shall be imposed a penalty equal to ten per cent of the assessment required to be made by electronic funds transfer.
