| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In general, I think when someone says Thanks for reaching out to me, they are both taking it as a compliment that you would consult their help (when you are obviously working on something or in the process of doing or researching something), and simply thanking you for, when reaching a point where you need some sort of help, seeking help and being responsible enough to ask for outside help.
