| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I tend to agree with those claims???but if we???re going to license our interrogators to do those things in particular cases, we???d BLEEP!ing well better establish truly rigorous rules about what???s permissible, and upon what sort of captive ??? and then buttress them with unbelievably harsh punishments for any interrogator who ever sets a toe across any of those lines.
