| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - This is a VERY big problem, but there are way to solve it.. including criminal penalties for menipulating someone else's vote like this and restrictng the voting to things like cell-phones, i.e. truely *personal* computers (note: those are crappy solutions).
