| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It sounds to me like Mr. Heverly is taking a page out of the teachers unions latest play-book, namely that people do not really understand the statistics and there is not really a problem, and if there is a problem it is the fault of poorly performing students and their families and corporations who think they can make money out of a manufactured problem.
