| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The US is an incredibly rich country - it could easily afford to participate in the this industrial revolution (I am not a believer in the Hydrogen economy however).The fact that many people can not afford to participate is a problem of wealth distribution rather than the country as a whole not having sufficient financial capacity.It has some fairly simple political solutions.
