| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In other words, I can see arguments that the death penalty is unconstitutionally applied (although I???m not sure that this is currently true), but I do not believe that the death penalty for first degree murder is ipso facto unconstitutional although I would vote against such statutes as a legislator.
