| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - and i fear cops more than gangs. maybe the cop is a decent guy, maybe he is an asshole on a power trip. i can run from the gangs. cops not so much. i also have a fighting chance against gangs. once again i would prefer the wolves (or gangs, this from experience). especially since such threats such as gangs/wolves are localized. with cops you have a whole system against you.
