| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Kids who are HIV positive would probably not be eligible for the treatment, but I would go so far as to suggest that someone who is HIV positive does not intend to get pregnant, and if they are responsible enough would abstain from sexual contact (or take precautions which would prevent pregnancy).
