| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - As for my comment about a birth certificate, I???ll just note that possession of a driver???s license doesn???t ensure an individual is a citizen (though perhaps that???s different in Arizona), so logic would dictate an individual would need to be in possession of a birth certificate or immigration papers in order to verify their immigration status.
