| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I agree that ???duuh??? is certainly the right response when people must patiently explain that legalization of this drug ??? and certainly of all drugs ??? will not reduce the need for policing much, if it doesn???t actually increase the need ??? whenever intoxicants, including alcohol, are more accessible, there is more public disruption (like, Pensacola during Spring Break).
