| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would suggest to anyone who is concerned that the call may not be legitimate to ask the caller to log a note on your account, then call the customer service number on the back of the card 1/2 hour later and let them know you received a call from someone claiming to be Capital One fraud dept.
