| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - In all seriousness, I suggest that the time is not ripe for setting up such a volunteer force; I think the ground is not ready for the seed, and that it would be better to postpone such a proposal until there is a chance of getting a volunteer force which would be and should be subject to the Government of the day, whatever Government is there.
