| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If you were a theory person, you would take at most 8 in theory, and the other 4 would have to be in systems or something else (PL, AI, etc.) This should give sufficient breadth and coherence to your program.Of course, whether this rule is enforced or not, is a completely different matter, but in principle, it sounds like a very good thing for a PhD program.
