| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - yes...it can help both starting and MPG if they are a problem. when both are a problem..it really raises flaggs to someone who has seen it. it can be done in a day by almost anyone.....BUT there is a very....very specific process that must be followed when removing the injectors or the cyclenders will be filled with oil and they will hydrolock.
