| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) If a mortgage loan originator is an employee or exclusive agent of a sponsor and that sponsor provides the commissioner with a surety bond that satisfies the requirements of subsection (5), the commissioner may accept that surety bond in lieu of the mortgage loan originator's surety bond obligation under subsection (1).
