| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Another reason I can think of is, and seems to make even more sense, is that the restaurant has a higher chance of upselling you when you come in and sit down, including drinks, desserts, extras, etc (plus tip - which the restaurant does not see directly but decreases the amount they have to pay their wait staff).
