| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I believe the article shows the battery clips attached to the battery you are trying to charge but since it is hooked in parallel to the fully charged battery I am not sure what difference it makes except the article says After an hour or so you can remove the second battery and continue with the charge.
