| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) (a) Any monetary sum that is awarded as damages to restore or remediate injuries caused to land located in this state arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the exploration for or production of oil, gas or other minerals shall be used solely for the purpose of restoring or remediating the injuries to the land subject to paragraph (b) of this subsection (2).
