| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - PH is right, taking drugs is a selfish act, I was undecided before I watched the debate but think now that drugs should not be decriminalised, but that they should be supplied by the government to drug addicts (through doctors), thus cutting out the crime associated with supply.
