| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not believe that melatonin is a sleeping pill or that it is meant to be used on an ongoing basis, but might be useful for 1-3 nights if you are going to be changing time zones (or drastically changing longitude, which messes me up as much as changing time zones because of daylight length) and adding a layer of jet lag to your exhaustion.
