| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not think so, because you have got to remember that the basic mindset at the Fed -- and other agencies that are called upon to approve or disapprove mergers -- is that the presumption is if it meets the various guidelines, and sometimes that involves divesting assets in particular areas, one ought to approve it unless you have got a good reason to oppose it.
