| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Districts aren???t properly handling meeting the requirements for NCLB ??? if the districts would take advantage of the available tutoring funds, teachers would have more time to teach subjects other than reading and math, because reading and math deficiencies would be covered in the tutoring sessions.
