| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Six 1-bp frameshift deletions and five substitutions causing amino acid changes in TP53 were identified in 10 of 31 samples, including 3 ADC and 7 SCC. In addition to TP53, we found 51 more genes harboring at least three recurrent mutations, of which 10 significantly exceed their background mutation rate (P < 0.001) (Table II and Supplementary Table 11, available at Carcinogenesis Online).
