| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not know the design in question but I would not think its particularly good for batteries to be on charge for the last year and only actually had use 5 (probably short) times.I agree the situation is a little less clear cut than usual but totally agree with everyone else - Just take the refund.Thanks, it has been on charge for a year, I only charged it when it was low.
