| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have a few questions, I would like to know why the government lets the people take out money from the credit card and not their debit card when traveling abroad? also lets say you get direct deposit from your job to your bank account in argentina why dont you just take the money out and take it to ny for example and exchange it to dollars?
