| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - That is, if I got my CS degree in 1980, I probably learned FORTRAN and submitted batch jobs on punched cards; if I graduated in 2010, I probably learned Java and did HTML. That definitely seems as important as whether they graduated at all or from what school.
