Sat Sep 24, 2011 6:49 pm it is a bit hard to describe what I do with step-downs, but I will have a go: If I have got the room in the landing zone and it is a single step-down, I will accelerate up to pace and lift the bike up and forward in a kind of forward throwing action with a slight forward roll of the wrists just as I run off the lip.
