| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - June 29, 2011 at 7:44 pm Rohan is correct for the most part but there is an exception to the rule, there are times your eclipse power will reset (although I am not sure when that is, logging in, some times between combat, etc) and you can move each way along the bar until you get to an eclipse and then it will only go one way.
