| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Federal Indian Law is one area- it is really complicated as well, and no one can really make any sense of the Supreme Court's decisions over the past 200 years when trying to reconcile them; even the Supreme Court justices themselves have said, essentially, yeah, this whole area of law is a mess, and, crap, we do not really know what to do sometimes.
