| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (c) Any person who conveys any interest in real property to a nonprofit land-holding organization on or after October 1, 2004, by a deed or other instrument of conveyance that is not signed by a duly authorized officer of such nonprofit land-holding organization as required under subsection (b) of this section shall be liable for a civil penalty in the amount of five hundred dollars.
