| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Seems like this would be an education issue not a hiring issue. e.g. are there really a lot of underemployed / unemployed black or hispanics with CS degrees?I suspect the tech industry has a high percentage of minorities due to Indians and other Asians ethnicity.
