| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - why the black ones dont melt...If you are talking about the clear Bic pens, the reason they melt (where the Bic Stics don't) is in general because they are a different type of plastic... one whose melting or softening temperature is lowerr than those of the more rubbery types of plastic.
