| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I completely agree, there is no point in discussing this if it is considered irrelevant to point out that although there are an almost infinite number of things Pirelli could do to try to get 2 and 3 stop races, nearly all of them are impractical for one reason or another, including the ones you yourself brought up as examples, leaving Pirelli with very limited options in practice.
