| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (4) The Commissioner may, in relation to any Certificate of Lift Maintenance and Testing lodged with him, require the owner of any lift to furnish such other information or comply with such other directions as he may determine. (5) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
