| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (c) The said Tax Department shall be and is hereby authorized to retain out of the sums collected under this Act such amounts as it shall deem necessary to defray the expenses of administering and enforcing the duties prescribed by this Act, until such time as appropriation therefor is provided by the General Assembly.
